A Balanced Approach to Health
Hi, I'm Payton-
Daily Balance Wellness was created from both my professional experience in healthcare and my personal experience navigating complex health decisions.
I work in a cardiology clinic, where I see every day how essential medical care is and how much it can improve and save lives. I also see how often patients leave appointments with good intentions but limited support for what happens next. Lifestyle changes, nutrition, stress management, and daily habits are rarely simple, yet they play a meaningful role in long-term health.
That space between medical care and real life is where my work lives.

Why Balance Matters-
My own journey with endometriosis has deeply shaped how I approach health. Managing this condition has required me to engage fully with western medicine, including birth control and planning for upcoming surgery. At the same time, I have learned that medical treatment alone did not address everything I was experiencing.
Alongside medical care, I began focusing on nutrition, gut health, nervous system regulation, and sustainable lifestyle changes to better support my body as a whole. Not as an alternative to treatment, but as a way to complement it.
This experience taught me that health does not have to be all or nothing. It does not have to be medication or lifestyle, surgery or nutrition, science or intuition. Often, the most supportive approach is a thoughtful balance of both.

My Philosophy-
I believe there is no single right path to health. What works for one person may not work for another, and what works in one season of life may change in the next.
My role is not to replace medical care or offer one-size-fits-all solutions. My role is to help individuals understand how nutrition and lifestyle can support their health within the context of their medical care and personal circumstances.
